And exhaaaaaaaale...
Recharge your body batteries with a restorative weekend yoga retreat at historic Gayles Farm, East Sussex.
Suitable for relative beginners and long term practitioners alike. We'll enjoy various yoga asana practice from Hatha to Vinyasa to Yoga Nidra, as well as meditation and an Autumn Equinox Ceremony. There will also be much free time for walking in the stunning Sussex countryside, napping, reading, swimming in the outdoor pool (available if the weather is kind to us!) Plus the chance for a Reiki treatment if you'd like one.
Homemade vegetarian food is lovingly curated by Derry, one of the Co Owners of Gayles. He is able to cater for vegans, gluten free and nut allergies.
Accommodation is in either women's or men's dormitory as the private rooms are now booked up. There is also the option for camping in a ready pitched tent with some camping essentials provided.
Arrival is Friday 20th from around 4pm and we depart 2.30pm on the 22nd. We'll typically begin with a yoga practice before dinner on Friday night. Rise for 8am practice on Saturday and Sunday, with other yoga/meditation sessions spaciously scattered through the weekend. Your time is your own and you don't have to attend every group session if you'd prefer to chill on your own. Gayles is one of our favourite places to be, and we're so pleased to be able to share it with you.
To manage expectations please note that while Gayles is a stunning and very comfortable venue, it is a working farm venue, not a luxury hotel. There are uneven paths and guests are advised to bring appropriate footwear, especially if you'd like to explore the cliffs or forest. Unfortunately Gayles Farm is not suited to disable access.
